Welcome to the Wikipedia.

This being an English-language encyclopedia, we don't capitalize most nouns, even if they're considered important by certain people. Thus, it's "ceremonial magick" (I'll argue the k some other time) and "president of the club", not Ceremonial Magick and President of the Club.
