Oh, yeah, me
[edit]I was born in Indiana in 1965 and grew up in Elgin, Illinois, Cincinnati (WHHS), Eagle Rock (Oxy) and Minneapolis (U of M). I lived for six years or so in south Berkeley, California, and now I live in Oakland, but often spend the summers in Minneapolis.
My parents met at Wilmington College (the one in Ohio). They later married in Somerset Hills Friends Meeting (the one in New Jersey), and I was "born into" that meeting, although we didn't live near there at the time, and I have not yet attended that meeting. If you want to know any more about my parents than that, you'll have to ask me.
Arkuat is a nom-de-internet that I've had for a long while, and I don't want to hide from the people who know me by that name. Also, I'm keeping this user account around so I can review my first few edits, to help keep myself humble.
