Mini-CV
[edit]A graduate student at Northeastern University and a native of Massachusetts, Ben spends his spare time playing Ultimate and hacks on Wikipedia articles when he should be doing research at school. He attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1994 to 1998, where he acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. While not usually in the habit of speaking about himself in the third person, he makes exceptions when they seem necessary.
Articles I've worked on
[edit]- Sports: Frisbee Throws - Hot Box - Ultimate Players Association - many Major League Soccer teams
- Technical: Short circuit
- People and Places: Bedford, Massachusetts - Carnegie Mellon University - Prefectures of Japan - Ronald Reagan Presidential Library
- Media: The Cat - Absurd Notions
- Other: Fried dough - Funnel cake - Polymorph - Town meeting - Yak shaving
My fields of expertise, if you can call them that, are computer architecture, computer engineering, the internet, webcomics, Ultimate, and football (soccer). As I said in my New User bio, though, I don't mind doing some dirty copy-ed work here and there, so feel free to point me at something you think I might be interested in.
More stuff to do
[edit]I am now DOOMED, as I will probably be devoting all of my remaining free time to working on Wikipedia:WikiProject_Webcomics. Uh oh.
