Seems that the banned 142.177.97.215 had a partner in crime. Maybe 24.42.43.3 rings a bell. He wrote through my userpage. I'm going to go through every contribution in their histories to rectify every single thing they mukked with. Two16 will then get back to writing encyclopedias.

[edit]In addition to how incredibly stale this all is (2003!), it simply ain't right to tar an entire large city because of a possible sockpuppetry problem. The corresponding user page is no longer listed as a banned user. See also Category talk:Banned Wikipedia users#".etc" should not be appearing after an IP range to describe a user or activity or pattern Oiyarbepsy (talk) 05:34, 8 July 2015 (UTC)
