Neutrality of this article is disputed

Part of the article violates the standards of neutrality. The following section needs to be rewritten to stick with the facts.
Mr. William Stanton is now the first black mayor of Eudora, Arkansas. He was elected in an overall election in 2006. Eudora looks forward to growth and prosperity under his leadership. Eudora was once popular to young educators in the state now it is without a public school system. Hopefully, the town will see a dramatic change in culture and overall character climate with William Stanton at the helm. Mr. Stanton, a former educator, is known as a man of intergrety and values and with him leading, Eudorians can have a bright and promising future.
