Birth and death years
[edit]Nepos clearly states (22.3) Atticus died on the 31st of March 32. Before that he relates that he completed "VII et LXX" years (21.1), just after that fell ill (21.2), and lived three months without pain "except that was caused by his treatment", before the illness became suddenly severe (21.3). This clearly means that he was born at the end of the year 110 BC. Sapphorain (talk) 15:19, 9 November 2014 (UTC)
