do only humans have a left ventricle?

Ah, good point: All birds and mammals (I think) have all four chambers that I just created ... sigh. - DavidWBrooks 21:43 28 Jun 2003 (UTC)

Cheer up! The article looks great apart from that! I'll see if I have time to make a diagrma tomorrow, unless we already have one or you plan to make one yourself. -- Tarquin 22:19 28 Jun 2003 (UTC)

I have no diagram - so far, I'm purely a text guy. - DavidWBrooks 12:43 29 Jun 2003 (UTC)

error in pressure values of the left ventricle

[edit]

there is an error in pressure values. The left ventricle receives blood from lungs during diastole at very low pressures, just few mmHg. Mentioned 80 mmHg are in aorta during diastole, not in the left ventricle.

how long has it been since we finnaly new about all the bicuspid and tricupid valves? when did humans discover this in the human anatomy? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.188.254.194 (talk) 17:08, 1 April 2008 (UTC) these are very important[reply]
