dvips -Pcmz -Pamz -G0

or if you have a modern dvips,

dvips -Ppdf -G0

then

ps2pdf -dMaxSubsetPct=100 -dCompatibilityLevel=1.2 -dSubsetFonts=true -dEmbedAllFonts=true
