[edit]The text you are adding is not supported by the citations you give. DTP is a skill which is taught in Further Education, but it is not a generic academic discipline.
- https://nap.nationalacademies.org/read/5260/chapter/4 is a report on how DTP is being used in Africa. This is an interesting study and may well be useful somewhere in the article.
- https://www.westerntc.edu/desktop-publishing is a course being taught at Western Technical College. Note that it is "not financial aid eligible", meaning that it is not an academic course.
- Zippia is just a links repository.
